Since each wedding is unique, a complimentary meeting is encouraged to get to know you and learn your needs so we can determine how Tulip Hill can help you. A customized planning package will be developed just for you.

We offer a variety of services from full service planning, for those who want assistance every step of the way, to partial planning, for those who would like to plan themselves but need occasional guidance, to wedding day coordination, for those who have planned the entire wedding themselves but would like a professional to coordinate the day by reviewing vendor contracts, creating the timeline and overseeing the wedding day.

Full Service Planning

From engagement to your wedding day, Tulip Hill will be by your side every step of the way. We will work with you to develop your vision, create your budget, provide vendor recommendations and will be there for the full day of the wedding.

Full Service Planning includes the following but can be customized to suit your needs.

  • Unlimited access via phone and email
  • Prepare and maintain budget
  • Offer vendor recommendations based on your vision and budget
  • Offer design ideas from color combinations, flowers, and lighting to stationery, gift bags and wedding favors
  • Provide ongoing advice about etiquette and theme development
  • Attend vendor meetings
  • Review vendor contracts
  • Create a detailed timeline of the wedding weekend for the couple, wedding party & vendors
  • Send final confirmations to vendors
  • Ensure vendors have arrived on time, set up, and are ready to go as scheduled
  • Be the point of contact for your wedding vendors
  • Coordinate rehearsal
  • Provide wedding day emergency kit
  • Coordinate transportation for wedding party and guests
  • Coordinate ceremony
  • Coordinate reception details including toasts, special dances, and cake cutting
  • Final Inspection of reception site including seating placements/count, décor, etc.
  • Provide overall coordination on the wedding day

Partial Planning

For those who would like to do part of the wedding planning themselves but could use a professional planner’s assistance through their resources, expertise and organization. This option is fully customizable for your needs. It begins with the initial consultation and includes Wedding Day Coordination.

Wedding Day Coordination

You’ve planned your wedding. Now you want to relax and enjoy your day. Let Tulip Hill oversee the final coordination so that no detail is overlooked and you can experience your special day free of concerns.

Wedding Day Coordination begins four to eight weeks prior to the wedding day and includes:
